Missing Items  

If your order arrived with missing items, let us know using the button below.  
To help us investigate with the courier, please share:  
- Photos of the package (different angles if possible)  
- Photos of the contents  
- Details about the delivery method  
- Notes on the package's condition when it arrived  
Hold on to everything you received, including the box, until the investigation is complete.

Shipping Policy

Please note that our standard shipping takes between 30 to 55 days for you to receive your product. This timeframe accounts for processing, customs clearance, and delivery, depending on your location.

While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, some international shipments may take longer due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or local postal services.
